Terms & Conditions

• For bookings made greater than 20 days from travel date, large groups, and private trips, a deposit is required equal to the cost of two adult tickets to secure the booking.

• Deposits can be made with credit card online or by phone, or via bank transfer. Call or message 0438909502, or email funtasticcruises@outlook.com to arrange payment. 

•  Balance of trip must be paid prior to boarding. Correct cash on the day is acceptable. No EFTPOS facilities onboard.​ 

• For Private Event trips, a non-refundable deposit to the value of three (3) tickets is required to secure your booking.

• Cancellations at the discretion of the operator due to weather constraints or failure to achieve minimum booking numbers will result in a full refund of the guest's cruise to the guest. 

• The safety and comfort of our guests is paramount. As weather can be unpredictable, all efforts will be made to provide sufficient notice of cancellation, however guests may be notified on the day of the trip.

• Weather may shorten trips due to safety and comfort for guests at the discretion of the operator. In addition, alternate transportation to/from the island may be provided.

• For Sunset tours, rough swell on the bay may restrict the sunset tour to within the Marina breakwater. Your safety & comfort is our number one priority. Customers will be informed if this is a possibility prior to departure. 

• If tour is cancelled by operator  every attempt will be made to reschedule trips to guest convenience.

• Cancellation by guest within 24 hours of travel results in forfeit of 100% of fare. 

• Cancellation by guest within 2-5 days of travel results in forfeit of 50% of fare. 

• Cancellation by guest within 6-10 days of travel results in forfeit of 75% of fare.

• Cancellation by guest prior to 10 days of travel eligible for refund of 100% of fare.

•  Dietary Requirements: We are unable to cater for dietary requirements. We use a local caterer, and our menu is designed to cover a wide variety of requirements and tastes. The menu includes:

  • Prawns​

  • Pre-made chicken, ham, cheese & salad wraps

  • Vegetarian grazing platter, olives and dips.

  • Fresh Fruit

  • Cake (Banana Bread - subject to change)

  • Each vessel has cold storage facilities, and you are welcome to bring a replacement or substitution along to cater for your requirements. (Cooking is unavailable).

•  Vouchers: Funtastic vouchers are valid up to and including the dollar value of the voucher at the time of purchase and not the quantity of passengers purchased for. Charter prices may change and the difference in value of current trips to the value of the voucher are owed by the voucher purchaser. Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the time of purchase. Vouchers can be transferred for use against other Funtastic Services (at the discretion of the business) and transferrable to other people but vouchers are non-refundable.

• Mobility & Accessibility: Boating occurs in an active environment with constant movement, smaller spaces, beach transfers, and requires suitable balance. Please call us on 0438909502 to discuss any mobility issues.​

• Please Note: Funtastic Cruises is not a fishing charter and as such, no fishing equipment is allowed on board including, but not limited to, spear fishing.
